My Activation Number doesn't work.
Keep in mind that each version of the program has its own activation number so make sure you're not trying to activate a newer version with an old activation number. There should be no other reason for the activation number not to work, but if the problem persist, you can write to our support and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Is there a User Guide for System Navigator?
We have compiled an extensive Help section where you will be able to find all the explanations of System Navigator's features in one place. Some of the more detailed explanations can be found in the Knowledge Base section of the web site.
How can I activate my System Navigator?
This is quite easy. When you decide to switch from demo to full version, you need to purchase a license upon which you will receive a unique serial number that you need to type in during activation procedure. You can contact our support if you encounter any problems during the activation process and we will contact you back as soon as possible.
What are the limitations of System Navigator Demo version?
There are no limitations. Your Demo version is the complete version of the program, limited to a trial period of 30 days, during which you can use the entire program with all of its features for free.
Can I have my money back if the application appears to be useless to me?
System Navigator's trial period of 30 days is more than enough of time for you to explore and discover all the options program has to offer. Make sure it fulfills all of your needs before you buy a license.
How can I change skin of my SysNav?
You need to download new skins from our web site, and place these in the same path where your SysNav is installed, under "Skin" directory. There is a special installer that changes skin within SysNav.
How can I send bug report in my SysNav?
Sending a bug report can be done through our contact page. Our team is doing its best to keep System Navigator bug free and we will be very grateful for every report we get. Make sure to give us as much details as you can when you're reporting a bug, and we will send you an upgraded version of the program once the bug is fixed.
Is it secure to leave my email and Facebook information stored in program?
Yes. All your Facebook data (username, password) is not stored within the program; instead we solved this by replacing it with a unique token number, so that nothing of importance is stored in your system. More advanced measures have also been taken for email security. We have provided the latest up-to-date encrypting mechanisms for maximum protection against hackers.
Could SysNav become my default Folder and Archive browser?
Yes, you can set this from Preferences menu where you can check "Use System Navigatior as default file manager" and "User System Navigator as default archive manager" options. You can also turn those off same way. We recommend turning on those options in order to experience the full power of System Navigator.
Does the program use resources if it works from tray, if it is always active?
SysNav is perfectly optimized so that it never uses too much resources. You can leave it active for days and you won't have any problems with your system. It's recommended to leave it active in Tray at all times for faster startup.
